수산업법 제112조(과태료)

1. 제30조제1항(제50조제1항에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다) 또는 제2항을 위반하여 그 어업권을 취득하거나 허가를 받은 날부터 일정기간 이내에 어업을 시작하지 아니하거나 어업을 시작한 후 1년이 지났으나 계속하여 해당 어장을 휴업 상태로 둔 자

2. 제45조제2항에 따라 승계 받은 날부터 30일(상속의 경우에는 60일로 한다) 이내에 신고를 아니하거나 90일 이내에 어업허가 어선의 기준 및 어업허가 신청자의 자격을 갖추지 아니한 자
