Special Act on Disaster Management of Super High-Rise and Underground-Linked Complex Buildings, Article 11 (Composition and Operation of the Disaster and Safety Management Council)

① 관계지역 안에 관리주체가 둘 이상인 경우 이들 관리주체는 재난 및 안전관리협의회(이하 "협의회"라 한다)를 구성ㆍ운영하여야 한다. 이 경우 각 관리주체는 소속 임원 중에서 대리인을 선임할 수 있다.

③ 협의회는 제2항에 따른 협의ㆍ조정 사항의 세부적인 검토를 위하여 총괄재난관리자(일반건축물등의 관리주체가 선임하는 자를 포함한다)로 구성된 실무협의회를 두어야 한다.

④ 제2항제4호에 따라 협의회에서 재난예방 및 피해경감계획을 제출한 때에는 제10조제1항에 따른 관리주체가 재난예방 및 피해경감계획을 제출한 것으로 본다.

⑤ 초고층 건축물등과 관계지역의 재난 및 안전관리를 위하여 초고층 건축물등의 관리주체가 제6조, 제9조, 제14조, 제15조 및 제23조에 따른 사항을 추진하는 경우 일반건축물등의 관리주체는 이에 적극 협조하여야 한다.
