Special Act on Disaster Management of Super High-Rise and Underground-Linked Complex Buildings, Article 13 (Conducting Integrated Safety Inspections)

① 초고층 건축물등의 관리주체는 다음 각 호의 안전점검을 통합안전점검으로 시행하고자 하는 경우 계획을 수립하여 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 시행을 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2018.3.27, 2020.3.31, 2024.2.13>

② 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 관리주체로부터 제1항에 따라 통합안전점검 시행 요청이 있는 경우 관계 기관과 협의ㆍ조정을 거쳐 관리주체에게 통보하여야 한다. 이 경우 관계 기관은 특별한 사유가 없는 한 통합안전점검에 응하여야 한다. <개정 2024.2.13>
