초고층 및 지하연계 복합건축물 재난관리에 관한 특별법 제10조(재난예방 및 피해경감계획의 제출 등)

① 초고층 건축물등의 관리주체는 제9조에 따라 재난예방 및 피해경감계획을 수립하는 때에는 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사(관할 구역 안에 지방자치단체인 시ㆍ군이 있는 특별자치도의 도지사는 제외한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다) 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 제출하여야 하며, 제출받은 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 그 내용이 적합한지에 대하여 소방서장의 의견을 들어야 한다. <개정 2024.2.13>

② 제1항에 따라 재난예방 및 피해경감계획을 제출받은 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 그 내용이 적합한지를 검토하여야 하며, 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 검토 결과를 시ㆍ도지사에게 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2024.2.13>

④ 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 관리주체가 수립한 재난예방 및 피해경감계획의 이행 여부를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 확인하여야 한다. <개정 2024.2.13>
