도로법 제96조(법령 위반자 등에 대한 처분)

도로관리청은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자에게 이 법에 따른 허가나 승인의 취소, 그 효력의 정지, 조건의 변경, 공사의 중지, 공작물의 개축, 물건의 이전, 통행의 금지ㆍ제한 등 필요한 처분을 하거나 조치를 명할 수 있다.
