국민연금법 시행규칙 제22조(연금급여의 지급 청구 등)

Enforcement Rule of the National Pension Act, Article 22 (Claims for Payment of Pension Benefits)

① 법 제61조에 따라 노령연금을 받으려는 자는 별지 제14호서식의 노령연금 지급 청구서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 공단에 제출해야 한다. 이 경우 공단은 「전자정부법」 제36조제2항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통하여 「병역법 시행규칙」 제8조에 따른 병적증명서(군 복무기간에 대한 가입기간 추가 산입 대상인 경우만 해당한다)를 확인해야 하며, 청구인이 확인에 동의하지 않을 때에는 해당 서류를 제출하도록 해야 한다. <개정 2009.12.31, 2010.12.8, 2011.12.8, 2012.6.29, 2017.9.22, 2019.6.12, 2025.6.26>

③ 영 제45조의2제3항에 따라 법 제61조에 따른 노령연금 수급권자 또는 법 제64조제1항에 따른 분할연금 수급권자가 영 제45조의2제1항 또는 제2항의 기간(이하 "실질적인 혼인관계가 존재하지 아니하였던 기간"이라 한다)을 신고하는 때에는 별지 제15호의2서식의 혼인 기간ㆍ연금 분할 비율 신고서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 제2항에 따른 분할연금 지급이 청구된 날부터 90일 이내에 공단에 제출하여야 한다. 다만, 분할연금의 지급이 청구된 후에 실질적인 혼인관계가 존재하지 아니하였던 기간이 별도로 결정된 경우에는 그 별도결정일부터 90일 이내에 한 번만 제출할 수 있다. <신설 2018.6.20, 2022.1.27>
