Natural Parks Act, Article 21 (Deemed Permits, etc. under Other Acts)

① 공원관리청이 공원계획을 결정하거나 변경한 경우 다음 각 호의 인가ㆍ허가ㆍ면허ㆍ승인ㆍ동의 또는 협의에 관하여 관계 행정기관의 장과 미리 협의한 사항에 대해서는 해당 인가 등을 받거나 협의를 한 것으로 보며, 제23조에 따라 행위허가를 한 경우 제12호의 허가에 관하여 관계 행정기관의 장과 미리 협의한 사항에 대해서는 해당 허가를 받은 것으로 본다. <개정 2010.4.15, 2010.5.31, 2011.4.5, 2014.1.14, 2016.12.27, 2022.12.27, 2024.1.30>
