Fishing Villages and Fishing Ports Act, Article 8 (Deemed Permission, Authorization, etc.)
제7조제5항에 따라 어촌종합개발사업계획의 수립ㆍ변경에 관한 사항을 고시한 경우, 그 내용에 관하여 제7조제3항에 따른 협의를 거친 사항에 대하여는 다음 각 호의 허가ㆍ인가ㆍ면허ㆍ승인ㆍ동의 또는 협의 등을 받은 것으로 보며, 관계 법률에 따른 허가ㆍ인가ㆍ면허ㆍ승인ㆍ동의 또는 협의 등의 고시 또는 공고가 있는 것으로 본다. <개정 2014.1.14, 2014.3.24, 2020.3.31>
Where matters concerning establishment or amendment of a comprehensive fishing village development project plan have been publicly notified under Article 7 (5), the following permissions, authorizations, licenses, approvals, consents, or consultations, etc. shall be deemed obtained for the matters on which consultation was held under Article 7 (3), and public notices or announcements of permissions, authorizations, licenses, approvals, consents, or consultations, etc. under relevant Acts shall be deemed made:
1. 「국토의 계획 및 이용에 관한 법률」 제56조에 따른 개발행위의 허가 및 같은 법 제88조에 따른 도시ㆍ군계획시설사업에 관한 실시계획의 인가
1. Permission for development activities under Article 56 of the National Land Planning and Utilization Act and authorization of the implementation plan for an urban/Gun planning facility project under Article 88 of that Act;
2. 「공유수면 관리 및 매립에 관한 법률」 제8조에 따른 공유수면의 점용ㆍ사용허가, 같은 법 제10조에 따른 협의 또는 승인, 같은 법 제17조에 따른 점용ㆍ사용 실시계획의 승인 또는 신고, 같은 법 제28조에 따른 공유수면의 매립면허, 같은 법 제35조에 따른 국가 등이 시행하는 매립의 협의 또는 승인 및 같은 법 제38조에 따른 공유수면매립실시계획의 승인
2. Permission to occupy or use public waters under Article 8 of the Public Waters Management and Reclamation Act, consultation or approval under Article 10 of that Act, approval or report of the occupation and use implementation plan under Article 17 of that Act, a reclamation license for public waters under Article 28 of that Act, consultation or approval of reclamation carried out by the State, etc. under Article 35 of that Act, and approval of the public waters reclamation implementation plan under Article 38 of that Act;
3. 「수도법」 제17조에 따른 일반수도사업의 인가 또는 같은 법 제52조에 따른 전용상수도의 설치인가
3. Authorization of the general waterworks business under Article 17 of the Water Supply and Waterworks Installation Act or authorization of installation of dedicated waterworks under Article 52 of that Act;
4. 「하수도법」 제16조에 따른 공사시행허가, 같은 법 제24조에 따른 점용허가 및 같은 법 제27조에 따른 배수설비의 설치신고

5. 「하천법」 제30조에 따른 하천공사 시행의 허가, 같은 법 제33조에 따른 하천의 점용허가 및 같은 법 제50조에 따른 하천수의 사용허가
5. Permission for implementing river works under Article 30 of the River Act, permission for occupation of a river under Article 33 of that Act, and permission to use river water under Article 50 of that Act;
6. 「수산자원관리법」 제47조제2항에 따른 보호수면에서의 공사시행의 승인
6. Approval of implementing construction in protected waters under Article 47 (2) of the Fishery Resources Management Act;
7. 「도로법」 제36조에 따른 도로공사시행의 허가 및 같은 법 제61조에 따른 도로점용의 허가
7. Permission for implementing road works under Article 36 of the Road Act and permission for occupation of a road under Article 61 of that Act;
8. 「자연공원법」 제23조에 따른 행위허가 또는 같은 법 제71조에 따른 공원관리청과의 협의
8. Permission for acts under Article 23 of the Natural Parks Act or consultation with the park management authority under Article 71 of that Act;
9. 「농지법」 제34조에 따른 농지의 전용허가 또는 협의

12. 「초지법」 제21조의2에 따른 형질변경 등의 허가 및 같은 법 제23조에 따른 초지전용의 허가
12. Permission for alteration of form and quality, etc. under Article 21-2 of the Grassland Act and permission for conversion of grassland under Article 23 of that Act;
13. 「산지관리법」 제14조 또는 제15조에 따른 산지전용의 허가 또는 신고, 같은 법 제15조의2에 따른 산지일시사용허가ㆍ신고
13. Permission or report of conversion of mountainous districts under Article 14 or 15 of the Mountainous Districts Management Act, and permission or report of temporary use of mountainous districts under Article 15-2 of that Act;
14. 「산림보호법」 제9조제1항 및 제2항제1호에 따른 산림보호구역(산림유전자원보호구역은 제외한다)에서의 행위의 허가, 「국유림의 경영 및 관리에 관한 법률」 제9조에 따른 국유림경영계획의 동의ㆍ승인 및 「산림자원의 조성 및 관리에 관한 법률」 제36조에 따른 국유림의 입목벌채등의 허가
14. Permission for acts in a forest protection zone (excluding forest genetic resources protection zones) under Article 9 (1) and (2) 1 of the Forest Protection Act, consent or approval of the State forest management plan under Article 9 of the Act on the Management and Operation of State Forests, and permission for felling of standing timber, etc. in State forests under Article 36 of the Act on the Creation and Management of Forest Resources;
15. 「사방사업법」 제14조에 따른 사방지(砂防地) 안에서의 행위허가 및 같은 법 제20조에 따른 사방지 지정의 해제
15. Permission for acts in an erosion control area under Article 14 of the Erosion Control Work Act and cancellation of designation of an erosion control area under Article 20 of that Act;
16. 「사도법」 제4조에 따른 사도의 개설 등의 허가
16. Permission for opening a private road, etc. under Article 4 of the Private Roads Act;
