변리사법 시행령 제24조(업무의 위탁)

Enforcement Decree of the Patent Attorney Act, Article 24 (Entrustment of Affairs)

① 지식재산처장은 법 제28조에 따라 법 제4조의2에 따른 변리사시험의 관리에 관한 업무를 「한국산업인력공단법」에 따른 한국산업인력공단에 위탁한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
