변리사법 제4조의2(변리사시험)

① 변리사시험은 지식재산처장이 실시한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

② 변리사시험은 제1차 시험과 제2차 시험으로 구분하여 실시한다.

③ 변리사시험의 최종 합격 발표일을 기준으로 제4조의 결격사유에 해당하는 사람(제4조제3호 중 미성년자는 제외한다)은 변리사시험에 응시할 자격이 없다. <신설 2013.7.30>

④ 변리사시험에 응시하려는 사람은 실비의 범위에서 대통령령으로 정하는 수수료를 내야 한다. 이 경우 수수료의 납부 및 반환에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다. <신설 2013.7.30>
