법 제11조의2제2항 전단에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 자료"란 다음 각 호의 자료를 말한다. <개정 2025.2.6>
The term "materials prescribed by Presidential Decree" in the first sentence of Article 11-2 (2) of the Act means the following materials:
1. 「주민등록법」 제30조제1항에 따른 주민등록전산정보자료
1. Computerized resident registration information under Article 30 (1) of the Resident Registration Act;
2. 「가족관계의 등록 등에 관한 법률」 제11조제4항에 따른 전산정보자료
2. Computerized information under Article 11 (4) of the Act on the Registration, etc. of Family Relationships;
3. 「출입국관리법」에 따른 다음 각 목의 자료
3. The following materials under the Immigration Act:
가. 「출입국관리법」 제3조ㆍ제6조ㆍ제12조 및 제28조에 따른 출입국 기록에 관한 자료
(a) Materials on entry and exit records under Articles 3, 6, 12, and 28 of the Immigration Act;
나. 「출입국관리법」 제31조 및 제32조에 따른 외국인등록사항(외국인등록번호를 포함한다)에 관한 자료
(b) Materials on alien registration matters (including alien registration numbers) under Articles 31 and 32 of the Immigration Act;
4. 「재외동포의 출입국과 법적 지위에 관한 법률」 제6조에 따른 국내거소신고사항(국내거소신고번호 및 거주국에 관한 사항을 포함한다)에 관한 자료
4. Materials on matters reported for domestic residence (including the domestic residence report number and matters concerning the country of residence) under Article 6 of the Act on the Immigration and Legal Status of Overseas Koreans;
5. 「의료법」에 따른 다음 각 목의 자료
5. The following materials under the Medical Service Act:
가. 「의료법」 제11조제2항에 따라 의사ㆍ치과의사ㆍ한의사의 면허에 관한 사항을 등록한 등록대장
(a) The register in which matters concerning licenses of physicians, dentists, and Korean medicine doctors are registered under Article 11 (2) of the Medical Service Act;
다. 「의료법」 제22조제1항에 따른 진료기록부 또는 같은 법 제23조제1항에 따른 진료기록부에 대한 전자의무기록(진료를 받은 사람의 인적사항, 주된 증상 및 치료 내용에 관한 사항만 해당한다)
(c) Medical records under Article 22 (1) of the Medical Service Act or electronic medical records of medical records under Article 23 (1) of that Act (limited to matters concerning the personal details, main symptoms, and treatment content of the person treated);
라. 「의료법」 제65조 및 제66조에 따른 의사ㆍ치과의사ㆍ한의사의 면허취소 및 자격정지 등의 행정처분에 관한 자료
(d) Materials on administrative dispositions such as revocation of licenses and suspension of qualifications of physicians, dentists, and Korean medicine doctors under Articles 65 and 66 of the Medical Service Act;
5의2. 「국민건강보험법」에 따른 다음 각 목의 자료
5-2. The following materials under the National Health Insurance Act:
가. 「국민건강보험법」 제43조에 따른 요양기관의 시설ㆍ장비 및 인력에 관한 자료
(a) Materials on the facilities, equipment, and personnel of medical care institutions under Article 43 of the National Health Insurance Act;
나. 「국민건강보험법」 제47조에 따른 요양급여비용의 청구와 지급에 관한 정보 중 진료이력, 투약정보, 상병(傷病)내역 및 요양기관의 명칭에 관한 자료
(b) Among information on claims for and payment of medical care benefit costs under Article 47 of the National Health Insurance Act, materials on treatment history, medication information, illness and injury details, and the names of medical care institutions;
5의3. 「의료급여법」 제11조에 따른 급여비용의 청구와 지급에 관한 정보 중 진료이력, 투약정보, 상병내역 및 의료급여기관의 명칭에 관한 자료
5-3. Among information on claims for and payment of benefit costs under Article 11 of the Medical Aid Act, materials on treatment history, medication information, illness and injury details, and the names of medical aid institutions;
5의4. 「형의 집행 및 수용자의 처우에 관한 법률」 제36조제1항에 따른 수용자의 치료 관련 기록에 관한 자료
5-4. Materials on treatment-related records of inmates under Article 36 (1) of the Act on the Execution of Sentences and the Treatment of Inmates;
5의5. 「형의 실효 등에 관한 법률」 제2조제5호에 따른 범죄경력자료 중 마약류 투약 관련 범죄경력에 관한 자료
5-5. Among criminal record data under Article 2, subparagraph 5 of the Act on the Lapse of Criminal Sentences, materials on criminal records related to narcotics administration;
6. 「약사법」에 따른 다음 각 목의 자료
6. The following materials under the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act:
가. 「약사법」 제6조제1항에 따라 약사ㆍ한약사의 면허에 관한 사항을 등록한 등록대장
(a) The register in which matters concerning licenses of pharmacists and Korean medicine pharmacists are registered under Article 6 (1) of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act;
나. 「약사법」 제23조의3제1항에 따른 의약품안전사용정보시스템을 활용한 의약품정보의 확인에 관한 자료
(b) Materials on verification of medicine information using the drug utilization review system under Article 23-3 (1) of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act;
(c) Prescriptions retained under Article 29 of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act;
라. 「약사법」 제30조제1항에 따른 조제기록부(환자의 인적사항, 처방 약품명, 처방 일수 및 조제 내용에 관한 사항만 해당한다)
(d) Dispensing records under Article 30 (1) of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act (limited to matters concerning the patient's personal details, the names of prescribed medicines, the number of prescribed days, and the content of dispensing);
마. 「약사법」 제47조의3제2항 본문에 따른 의약품(마약류만 해당한다)의 공급 내역에 관한 자료
(e) Materials on the supply details of medicines (limited to narcotics) under the main sentence of Article 47-3 (2) of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act;
바. 「약사법」 제79조에 따른 약사ㆍ한약사의 면허취소 및 자격정지 등의 행정처분에 관한 자료
(f) Materials on administrative dispositions such as revocation of licenses and suspension of qualifications of pharmacists and Korean medicine pharmacists under Article 79 of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act;
7. 「수의사법」에 따른 다음 각 목의 자료
7. The following materials under the Veterinarians Act:
가. 「수의사법」 제6조제1항에 따라 수의사의 면허에 관한 사항을 등록한 면허대장
(a) The license register in which matters concerning licenses of veterinarians are registered under Article 6 (1) of the Veterinarians Act;
다. 「수의사법」 제13조제1항에 따른 진료부(동물의 소유자ㆍ관리인의 성명ㆍ주소, 병명, 주요 증상 및 사용한 마약ㆍ향정신성의약품의 품명ㆍ수량에 관한 사항만 해당한다)
(c) Medical records under Article 13 (1) of the Veterinarians Act (limited to matters concerning the name and address of the animal's owner or custodian, the name of the disease, main symptoms, and the names and quantities of narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs used);
