Enforcement Decree of the Act on Support for the Kaesong Industrial District, Article 9 (Support for Investment)

① 정부는 법 제12조에 따라 개성공업지구 현지기업에 대하여 다음 각 호의 법률에서 정하는 지원을 할 수 있다. <개정 2009.11.20, 2010.6.28, 2010.9.27, 2012.9.12, 2015.5.26, 2022.2.17, 2022.8.23>

② 정부는 제1항과 법 제7조부터 제10조까지에 따른 개성공업지구 현지기업에 대한 지원이 남한기업에 대한 지원기준과 실질적으로 동일한 기준으로 시행되도록 하여야 한다.

③ 개성공업지구의 현지 사정을 고려하여 필요하면 제2항의 지원은 「남북교류협력에 관한 법률」 제17조에 따른 협력사업의 승인 또는 같은 법 제17조의2에 따른 협력사업 신고의 수리를 받아 개성공업지구 현지기업을 설립한 남한주민을 통하여 할 수 있다. <개정 2009.7.30>
