① 협정의 이행으로 인한 농어업등의 경쟁력을 높이고 피해를 최소화하는 데에 필요한 사항 등을 심의하기 위하여 농림축산식품부장관과 해양수산부장관 소속으로 각각 자유무역협정 이행에 따른 농업인등 지원위원회(이하 "농업인등 지원위원회"라 한다)와 자유무역협정 이행에 따른 어업인등 지원위원회(이하 "어업인등 지원위원회"라 한다)를 둔다. <개정 2013.3.23>
