유아교육법 제17조(건강검진 및 급식)

①원장은 교육하고 있는 유아에 대하여 건강검진을 실시하고, 유아의 건강검진 결과를 제14조에 따른 생활기록부에 기록하여 관리하여야 한다. 다만, 보호자가 「국민건강보험법」 제52조 및 「의료급여법」 제14조에 따른 건강검진을 실시하고 그 건강검진결과 통보서를 제출하거나, 원장이 보호자의 동의를 받아 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통하여 건강검진결과 통보서를 확인한 경우에는 해당 건강검진으로 갈음할 수 있다. <개정 2010.3.24, 2021.6.8>

② 원장은 제1항에 따른 건강검진 결과 치료가 필요한 유아에 대하여는 해당 유아의 보호자와 협의하여 필요한 조치를 하여야 한다. <신설 2021.6.8>
