Act on the Control of Specified Substances for the Protection of the Ozone Layer, etc., Article 28 (Penalty Provisions)
다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자는 3년 이하의 징역 또는 3천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다. 이 경우 징역과 벌금은 병과(倂科)할 수 있다. <개정 2008.1.17, 2016.12.2>
A person falling under any of the following shall be punished by imprisonment with labor for not more than three years or by a fine not exceeding 30 million won. In such cases, imprisonment with labor and a fine may be imposed concurrently:
1. 제4조제1항 본문을 위반하여 허가 또는 변경허가를 받지 아니하고 제조업을 영위하거나 거짓, 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 제조업의 허가 또는 변경허가를 받은 자
1. A person who engages in a manufacturing business without obtaining permission or permission for change in violation of the main clause of Article 4 (1), or who obtains permission or permission for change for a manufacturing business by false or other wrongful means;
2. 제9조제1항 본문을 위반하여 허가를 받지 아니하고 특정물질을 제조한 자
2. A person who manufactures a specified substance without obtaining permission in violation of the main clause of Article 9 (1);
3. 제10조제1항을 위반하여 허가를 받지 아니하고 허가제조수량을 초과하여 특정물질을 제조한 자

4. 제11조제1항을 위반하여 허가 또는 변경허가를 받지 아니하고 특정물질을 수입한 자
