Special Act on Improvement of Vacant Houses and Small-Scale Housing, Article 23-2 (Revocation of Authorization of Establishment of Associations, etc.)

① 조합이 설립된 사업시행구역에서 조합원 과반수의 동의로 조합의 해산을 요청하는 경우(사업시행계획인가를 신청하지 아니한 경우로 한정한다) 시장ㆍ군수등은 조합설립인가를 취소하여야 한다.

② 시장ㆍ군수등은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우 업무의 시정, 조합의 해산 등 필요한 조치를 명하거나 조합설립인가를 취소할 수 있다.

1. 제23조에 따른 조합설립인가를 받은 날부터 2년 이내에 제26조에 따른 건축심의 또는 제27조에 따른 통합심의를 신청하지 아니한 경우

④ 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 조합설립인가 취소의 절차, 방법 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
