특수임무유공자 예우 및 단체설립에 관한 법률 제24조(채용시험의 가점)

① 취업지원 실시기관이 직원을 채용하기 위하여 채용시험을 실시하는 경우에는 그 채용시험에 응시한 취업지원 대상자의 점수에 다음 각 호의 구분에 따라 가점(加點)하여야 한다. <개정 2015.12.22, 2016.5.29>

② 제1항의 채용시험이 필기ㆍ실기ㆍ면접 시험 등으로 구분되어 실시되는 경우에는 각 시험마다 제1항 각 호의 구분에 따라 가점하여야 하며, 둘 이상의 과목으로 실시되는 시험에서는 각 과목별로 제1항 각 호의 구분에 따라 가점하여야 한다. 다만, 취업지원 대상자의 점수가 만점의 40퍼센트 미만인 과목이 있거나 점수로 환산(換算)할 수 없는 시험인 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2016.5.29>

③ 제1항과 제2항에 따른 가점을 받아 채용시험에 합격하는 사람(「국가유공자 등 예우 및 지원에 관한 법률」 제31조, 「독립유공자예우에 관한 법률」 제16조, 「보훈보상대상자 지원에 관한 법률」 제35조, 「고엽제후유의증 등 환자지원 및 단체설립에 관한 법률」 제7조의9 또는 「5ㆍ18민주유공자예우 및 단체설립에 관한 법률」 제22조에 따라 채용시험에서 가점을 받아 합격하는 사람을 포함한다)은 그 채용시험 선발 예정 인원의 30퍼센트(가점에 따른 선발 인원을 산정하는 경우 소수점 이하는 버린다)를 초과할 수 없다. 다만, 응시자의 수가 선발 예정 인원과 같거나 그보다 적은 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2009.1.30, 2016.5.29, 2021.1.5>

⑤ 제1항과 제2항에 따른 채용시험 가점 대상의 계급ㆍ직급 및 직위, 그 밖에 채용시험의 가점에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다. <개정 2016.5.29>
