주택법 시행령 제26조(주택조합의 회계감사)

Enforcement Decree of the Housing Act, Article 26 (Accounting Audits of Housing Associations)

① 법 제14조의3제1항에 따라 주택조합은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 날부터 30일 이내에 「주식회사 등의 외부감사에 관한 법률」 제2조제7호에 따른 감사인의 회계감사를 받아야 한다. <개정 2018.10.30, 2020.7.24>

1. 법 제11조에 따른 주택조합 설립인가를 받은 날부터 3개월이 지난 날

② 제1항에 따른 회계감사에 대해서는 「주식회사 등의 외부감사에 관한 법률」 제16조에 따른 회계감사기준을 적용한다. <개정 2018.10.30>

③ 제1항에 따른 회계감사를 한 자는 회계감사 종료일부터 15일 이내에 회계감사 결과를 관할 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장과 해당 주택조합에 각각 통보하여야 한다.
