영화 및 비디오물의 진흥에 관한 법률 제28조(영화의 공급 및 유통)

①영화업자가 다른 영화업자에게 영화를 공급하는 때에는 공정하고 합리적인 시장가격으로 차별 없이 공급하여야 한다.

②문화체육관광부장관은 영화의 유통질서가 「독점규제 및 공정거래에 관한 법률」 제5조제1항ㆍ제40조제1항ㆍ제45조제1항ㆍ제46조 또는 제51조제1항에 위배된다고 판단되는 경우에는 그 사실을 공정거래위원회에 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2020.12.29>

③ 문화체육관광부장관은 영화업자의 저작재산권 및 「저작권법」에 따라 보호되는 권리가 영화의 제작ㆍ상영 및 유통 과정에서 침해되지 아니하도록 노력하여야 한다. <신설 2010.3.17>
