영화 및 비디오물의 진흥에 관한 법률 제51조(복제 등의 확인)

①등급분류를 받은 비디오물을 동일한 내용의 다른 비디오물로 복제하거나 이를 배급하고자 하는 자(이하 이 조에서 "제작자등"이라 한다)는 그 복제 또는 배급에 관한 정당한 권리를 가진 자임을 증명하는 서류를 갖추어 등급분류를 받은 비디오물과 동일한 내용인지의 여부를 영상물등급위원회로부터 확인받아야 한다. 다만, 제작자등이 등급분류를 받은 비디오물을 동일한 내용의 다른 비디오물로 복제하거나 배급할 권리가 있음을 제50조제1항에 따른 등급분류신청 시에 영상물등급위원회로부터 확인받은 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2023.8.8>

②영상물등급위원회는 제1항의 규정에 따라 정당한 권리자이며 동일한 내용인 것을 확인한 경우에는 제작자등에게 확인증명서를 발급하여야 한다. <개정 2018.10.16>
