Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Protection and Management of Wildlife, Article 39-3 (Processing of Unique Identifying Information)
기후에너지환경부장관(제39조에 따라 기후에너지환경부장관의 권한을 위임받은 자를 포함한다) 또는 지방자치단체의 장(해당 권한이 위임ㆍ위탁된 경우에는 그 권한을 위임ㆍ위탁받은 자를 포함한다)은 다음 각 호의 사무를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우 「개인정보 보호법 시행령」 제19조제1호ㆍ제2호 또는 제4호에 따른 주민등록번호ㆍ여권번호 또는 외국인등록번호가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다. <개정 2015.3.24, 2025.10.1, 2025.12.9>
Where unavoidable for performing the following duties, the Minister of Climate, Energy and Environment (including a person to whom the Minister's authority has been delegated under Article 39) or the head of a local government (including a person to whom the authority has been delegated or entrusted, where the authority has been delegated or entrusted) may process data containing resident registration numbers, passport numbers, or foreigner registration numbers under Article 19 subparagraph 1, 2, or 4 of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act:
