수산생물질병 관리법 제52조(권한의 위임ㆍ위탁)

Aquatic Life Disease Control Act, Article 52 (Delegation and Entrustment of Authority)

① 이 법에 따른 해양수산부장관의 권한은 그 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 시ㆍ도지사 또는 소속 기관의 장에게 위임할 수 있으며, 이 법에 따른 시ㆍ도지사의 권한은 그 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 위임할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23>

② 해양수산부장관, 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 제7조제4항의 시료채취 및 제38조제1항의 방역교육의 업무를 수산생물관련단체에 위탁할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2011.7.21, 2013.3.23>

③ 이 법에 따른 해양수산부장관의 업무 중 다음 각 호의 업무를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 수산생물관련단체에 위탁할 수 있다. <개정 2017.11.28>
