수산생물질병 관리법 제38조(방역교육)

① 국가 또는 지방자치단체는 해양수산부령으로 정하는 수산생물양식자 및 그 종사자에게 수산생물질병의 방역에 관한 교육(이하 "방역교육"이라 한다)을 실시하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2011.7.21, 2013.3.23>

② 방역교육의 내용 및 실시방법에 필요한 사항은 해양수산부령으로 정한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23>
