선박소유자 등의 책임제한절차에 관한 법률 제33조(수익채무자를 신청인으로 보는 경우)

수익채무자의 신청에 대하여 제32조제1항의 결정이 있는 경우에 제80조부터 제82조까지와 제88조부터 제92조까지의 규정을 적용할 때에는 그 책임제한절차 확장의 신청을 한 수익채무자를 신청인으로 본다.
