새만금사업 추진 및 지원에 관한 특별법 제11조의2(용도별 통합개발계획의 승인 등)

① 사업시행자는 제9조 및 제11조에도 불구하고 개발계획과 실시계획이 통합된 용도별 통합개발계획(이하 "통합계획"이라 한다)을 작성하여 새만금청장의 승인을 받을 수 있으며, 이를 변경하는 경우에도 또한 같다. 통합계획이 승인된 경우 개발계획 및 실시계획이 모두 승인된 것으로 본다.

② 통합계획에는 제9조제1항에 따른 개발계획에 필요한 사항과 제11조제2항에 따른 실시계획에 필요한 사항이 모두 포함되어야 한다.

③ 통합계획에 대하여는 제4조, 제11조, 제14조, 제17조, 제18조, 제20조, 제22조, 제25조, 제36조의4 및 제47조를 준용한다. 이 경우 "실시계획"은 "통합계획"으로 본다.

④ 새만금청장이 통합계획을 승인하려는 경우에는 관계 중앙행정기관의 장과 협의한 후 새만금위원회의 심의를 받아야 하며, 통합계획 중 「환경영향평가법」 제2조제1호에 따른 전략환경영향평가의 대상이 되는 사항이 포함되어 있는 경우에는 같은 법 제50조에 따른다.
