산지관리법 제21조의2(「국토의 계획 및 이용에 관한 법률」의 특례)

「국토의 계획 및 이용에 관한 법률」 제76조에도 불구하고 대통령령으로 정하는 기간 동안 제14조에 따른 산지전용허가 또는 제15조의2제1항에 따른 산지일시사용허가를 받거나 제15조에 따른 산지전용신고 또는 제15조의2제4항에 따른 산지일시사용신고(다른 법률에 따라 해당 허가 또는 신고가 의제되는 행정처분을 포함한다)를 하고 산지전용 또는 산지일시사용의 목적사업에 사용되고 있거나 사용된 토지에서의 건축물이나 그 밖의 시설의 용도ㆍ종류 및 규모 등의 제한에 대해서는 대통령령으로 그 기준을 달리 정할 수 있다. <개정 2019.12.3>
