범죄피해자 보호법 시행령 제37조(재심신청)

① 신청인이 법 제27조제1항에 따라 재심을 신청하는 경우 본부심의회의 결정이 있을 때까지 법 제31조에 따른 소멸시효는 중단된다.

② 법 제27조제3항에 따른 구조결정을 하기 위하여 필요한 조사 및 증명절차에 관하여는 제36조를 준용한다. 이 경우 "지구심의회"는 "본부심의회"로 본다.

③ 본부심의회가 구조결정을 한 경우에는 결정 내용을 지구심의회에 통보하고, 해당 신청사건의 기록 전부를 해당 지구심의회에 송부하여 결정 내용에 따라 처리하도록 하여야 한다.
