발명진흥법 제56조(권한의 위임 등)

① 지식재산처장은 이 법에 따른 권한의 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 특별시장ㆍ광역시장ㆍ특별자치시장ㆍ도지사 또는 특별자치도지사에게 위임할 수 있다. <개정 2025.10.1>

② 지식재산처장은 이 법에 따른 업무의 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 협회, 한국발명진흥회, 보호원, 발명기관의 장(직무발명을 한 당시 공무원등이 소속된 기관의 장을 말한다), 「변리사법」 제9조에 따른 대한변리사회 또는 「기술의 이전 및 사업화 촉진에 관한 법률」 제10조에 따라 지정된 기술거래기관에 위탁할 수 있다. <개정 2015.5.18, 2020.2.4, 2021.4.20, 2022.2.3, 2024.2.6, 2025.10.1>
