마약류 불법거래 방지에 관한 특례법 제6조(업으로서 한 불법수입 등)

① 「마약류관리에 관한 법률」 제58조(같은 조 제4항은 제외한다), 제59조제1항부터 제3항까지(같은 조 제1항제1호부터 제4호까지 및 제9호에 관련된 행위만 해당하며, 같은 항 제4호 중 향정신성의약품은 제외한다) 또는 제60조제1항제4호(상습범 및 미수범을 포함한다)에 해당하는 행위를 업(業)으로 한 자(이들 행위와 제9조에 해당하는 행위를 함께 하는 것을 업으로 한 자를 포함한다)는 사형, 무기징역 또는 10년 이상의 징역에 처한다. 이 경우 1억원 이하의 벌금을 병과(倂科)한다. <개정 2011.6.7>

② 「마약류관리에 관한 법률」 제59조제1항부터 제3항까지(같은 조 제1항제4호부터 제7호까지 및 제10호부터 제13호까지의 규정에 관련된 행위만 해당하며, 같은 항 제4호 중 마약은 제외한다) 또는 제60조제1항제2호(미수범 및 상습범을 포함한다)ㆍ제3호(미수범 및 상습범을 포함한다)에 해당하는 행위를 업으로 한 자(이들 행위와 제9조에 해당하는 행위를 함께 하는 것을 업으로 한 자를 포함한다)는 3년 이상의 유기징역에 처한다. 이 경우 3천만원 이하의 벌금을 병과한다. <개정 2011.6.7>
