마약류 불법거래 방지에 관한 특례법 제60조(송달)

몰수보전 또는 추징보전(추징보전명령에 따른 추징보전집행은 제외한다. 이하 이 절에서 같다)에 관한 서류의 송달에 관하여는 대법원규칙에 특별한 규정이 있는 경우를 제외하고는 민사소송에 관한 법령의 규정을 준용한다. 이 경우 「민사소송법」 제194조제1항에 따른 공시송달의 효력발생시기에 관하여는 같은 법 제196조제1항 본문 및 제2항에도 불구하고 그 기간을 7일로 한다.
