마약류 불법거래 방지에 관한 특례법 제7조(불법수익등의 은닉 및 가장)

① 마약류범죄의 발견 또는 불법수익등의 출처에 관한 수사를 방해하거나 불법수익등의 몰수를 회피할 목적으로 불법수익등의 성질, 소재(所在), 출처 또는 귀속(歸屬) 관계를 숨기거나 가장(假裝)한 자는 7년 이하의 징역 또는 3천만원 이하의 벌금에 처하거나 이를 병과할 수 있다.
