① 중소기업자가 「산업안전보건법」 제17조에 따라 안전관리자 1명을 채용한 경우(대통령령으로 정하는 사업의 종류ㆍ규모에 한정하여 「산업안전보건법」 제17조제4항에 따라 안전관리전문기관에 안전관리자의 업무를 위탁한 경우를 포함한다)에는 그가 채용하여야 하는 다음 각 호의 사람 각 1명도 채용한 것으로 본다. <개정 2015.1.28, 2019.1.15, 2024.2.6>
