Enforcement Decree of the National Integrated Transport System Efficiency Act, Article 114 (Delegation of Authority)
국토교통부장관은 법 제114조제1항에 따라 다음 각 호의 권한을 「대도시권 광역교통 관리에 관한 특별법」 제8조에 따른 대도시권광역교통위원회에 위임한다. <개정 2024.11.5>
Pursuant to Article 114 (1) of the Act, the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport delegates the following authority to the Metropolitan Transport Commission under Article 8 of the Special Act on Management of Wide-Area Transportation in Metropolitan Areas:
1. 법 제12조제1항에 따른 국가교통조사, 같은 조 제2항에 따른 국가교통조사계획의 수립, 같은 조 제3항에 따른 자료제출 및 지원 요청(조사 지역이 「대도시권 광역교통 관리에 관한 특별법」 제2조제1호에 따른 대도시권인 경우에 한정한다)
1. National transport surveys under Article 12 (1) of the Act, establishment of the national transport survey plan under paragraph (2) of that Article, and requests for submission of data and support under paragraph (3) of that Article (limited to cases where the survey area is a metropolitan area under Article 2, subparagraph 1 of the Special Act on Management of Wide-Area Transportation in Metropolitan Areas);
2. 법 제44조에 따른 환승센터 및 복합환승센터 구축 기본계획의 수립 및 변경
2. Establishment and change of the basic plan for building transfer centers and multimodal transfer centers under Article 44 of the Act;
3. 법 제44조의2제1항에 따른 복합환승센터개발계획 및 복합환승센터개발실시계획 수립지침의 수립, 같은 조 제2항에 따른 의견 청취 및 협의
3. Establishment of guidelines for establishing multimodal transfer center development plans and multimodal transfer center development implementation plans under Article 44-2 (1) of the Act, and hearing of opinions and consultation under paragraph (2) of that Article;
4. 법 제45조제1항에 따른 복합환승센터의 지정 및 승인, 같은 조 제2항에 따른 복합환승센터개발계획의 수립 및 변경, 같은 조 제3항에 따른 협의, 같은 조 제4항 전단에 따른 복합환승센터 지정 요청의 접수, 같은 조 제5항에 따른 변경 승인, 같은 조 제6항에 따른 시ㆍ도지사의 지정ㆍ변경 통보의 접수
4. Designation and approval of multimodal transfer centers under Article 45 (1) of the Act, establishment and change of multimodal transfer center development plans under paragraph (2) of that Article, consultation under paragraph (3) of that Article, receipt of requests for designation of multimodal transfer centers under the former part of paragraph (4) of that Article, approval of changes under paragraph (5) of that Article, and receipt of notifications of designation and change by the Mayor/Do Governor under paragraph (6) of that Article;
5. 법 제46조에 따른 주민 등의 의견 청취
5. Hearing of opinions of residents, etc. under Article 46 of the Act;
6. 법 제47조제1항 및 제3항에 따른 복합환승센터 지정 등의 고시
6. Public notification, etc. of designation of multimodal transfer centers under Article 47 (1) and (3) of the Act;
7. 법 제48조제2항에 따른 복합환승센터 지정의 해제, 같은 조 제3항에 따른 통보 및 고시
7. Release of designation of multimodal transfer centers under Article 48 (2) of the Act, and notification and public notification under paragraph (3) of that Article;
8. 법 제49조제1항 및 제4항에 따른 복합환승센터 개발사업 시행자의 지정
8. Designation of project operators of multimodal transfer center development projects under Article 49 (1) and (4) of the Act;

13. 법 제60조제2항 및 제3항에 따른 복합환승센터 개발사업에 대한 지원
13. Support for multimodal transfer center development projects under Article 60 (2) and (3) of the Act;
14. 법 제61조제1항에 따른 복합환승센터 개발사업의 준공인가, 같은 조 제2항에 따른 준공인가에 필요한 검사 의뢰, 같은 조 제3항에 따른 준공인가 결과의 공고ㆍ통지 및 보완시공 등의 명령, 같은 조 제5항 단서에 따른 준공인가 전 사용허가
14. Completion authorization of multimodal transfer center development projects under Article 61 (1) of the Act, commissioning of inspections necessary for completion authorization under paragraph (2) of that Article, public announcement and notification of completion authorization results and orders for supplementary construction, etc. under paragraph (3) of that Article, and permission to use before completion authorization under the proviso of paragraph (5) of that Article;
15. 법 제62조제1항에 따른 지정ㆍ승인ㆍ인가의 취소 및 공사중지 등의 명령, 같은 조 제2항에 따른 처분사실의 고시
15. Revocation of designation, approval, or authorization and orders to suspend construction, etc. under Article 62 (1) of the Act, and public notification of the fact of disposition under paragraph (2) of that Article;
16. 법 제65조제4항에 따른 인ㆍ허가 의제 등 처리기준의 접수 및 통합 고시
16. Receipt and integrated public notification of processing criteria for deemed authorization and permission, etc. under Article 65 (4) of the Act;
17. 법 제66조제2항에 따른 복합환승센터 관리 지시, 같은 조 제3항에 따른 복합환승센터관리지침의 작성 및 고시, 같은 조 제4항에 따른 복합환승센터관리지침 관련 협의
17. Instructions on management of multimodal transfer centers under Article 66 (2) of the Act, preparation and public notification of multimodal transfer center management guidelines under paragraph (3) of that Article, and consultation related to multimodal transfer center management guidelines under paragraph (4) of that Article;
