Enforcement Decree of the National Integrated Transport System Efficiency Act, Article 60 (Methods of Supplying Land and Facilities, etc.)

① 사업시행자는 복합환승센터 개발사업으로 개발한 토지ㆍ시설 등을 법 제45조제2항 또는 같은 조 제3항에 따라 수립된 복합환승센터개발계획에서 정한 용도에 따라 분양 또는 임대(이하 "공급"이라 한다)하여야 한다. 이 경우 사업시행자는 기반시설의 원활한 설치를 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 공급대상자의 자격을 제한하거나 공급조건을 부여할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 토지ㆍ시설 등의 공급은 사업시행자가 미리 정한 가격으로 한다. 다만, 판매시설 등 상업용도의 목적으로 사용될 토지ㆍ시설 등(주민의 원래 토지 등의 소유 상황과 생업 등을 고려하여 생활대책에 필요한 토지ㆍ시설 등을 대체하여 공급하는 경우는 제외한다)은 경쟁입찰의 방법에 따라 공급할 수 있다.

③ 사업시행자가 제2항에 따라 토지ㆍ시설 등을 공급하려는 경우에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 공고하여야 한다. 다만, 공급대상자가 특정되어 있거나 자격이 제한되어 있는 경우로서 개별통지를 한 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

1. 공공청사용지, 버스터미널 등 일반에게 분양할 수 없는 공공시설용지를 국가ㆍ지방자치단체나 그 밖에 관계 법령에 따라 해당 공공시설을 설치할 수 있는 자에게 공급하는 경우
