결핵예방법 제7조(결핵관리사업 등)

① 질병관리청장은 결핵의 예방 및 퇴치를 위한 다음 각 호의 결핵관리사업을 실시하여야 한다. <개정 2014.1.28, 2020.8.11>

② 질병관리청장은 제1항에 따른 결핵관리사업에 필요한 각종 자료 또는 정보의 처리ㆍ기록ㆍ관리 업무의 전자화를 위하여 전산정보시스템(이하 "결핵통합관리시스템"이라 한다)을 구축ㆍ운영할 수 있다. <개정 2014.1.28, 2020.8.11>

③ 질병관리청장은 결핵환자를 진단ㆍ치료하는 의료인 또는 의료기관 및 검사기관, 관계 중앙행정기관의 장, 「국민건강보험법」에 따른 국민건강보험공단과 건강보험심사평가원, 국가데이터처 및 그 밖에 결핵에 관한 사업을 하는 법인ㆍ기관ㆍ단체의 장에게 보건복지부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 결핵관리사업에 필요한 자료의 제출을 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 자료 제출을 요구받은 자는 정당한 사유가 없는 한 이에 따라야 한다. <개정 2014.1.28, 2020.8.11, 2025.10.1>

④ 결핵통합관리시스템은 다음 각 호의 정보시스템과 전자적으로 연계하여 활용할 수 있다. 이 경우 연계를 통하여 수집할 수 있는 자료 또는 정보는 결핵관리사업을 위한 것으로 한정한다. <신설 2023.6.13>

⑤ 제2항부터 제4항까지에 따른 정보의 보호 및 관리에 관한 사항은 이 법에 규정된 것을 제외하고는 「개인정보 보호법」 및 「공공기관의 정보공개에 관한 법률」을 따른다. <신설 2023.6.13>

⑥ 결핵통합관리시스템의 구축ㆍ운영 및 결핵 관련 정보의 수집을 위한 요청 방법에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다. <개정 2014.1.28, 2023.6.13>
