실종아동등의 보호 및 지원에 관한 법률 제7조의2(실종아동등의 조기발견을 위한 사전신고증 발급 등)

① 경찰청장은 실종아동등의 조속한 발견과 복귀를 위하여 아동등의 보호자가 신청하는 경우 아동등의 지문 및 얼굴 등에 관한 정보(이하 "지문등정보"라 한다)를 제8조의2에 따른 정보시스템에 등록하고 아동등의 보호자에게 사전신고증을 발급할 수 있다. <개정 2017.10.24>

② 경찰청장은 제1항에 따라 지문등정보를 등록한 후 해당 신청서(서면으로 신청한 경우로 한정한다)는 지체 없이 파기하여야 한다. <신설 2017.10.24>

③ 경찰청장은 제1항에 따라 등록된 지문등정보를 데이터베이스로 구축ㆍ운영할 수 있다. <개정 2017.10.24>
