실용신안법 시행령 제9조(「특허법 시행령」의 준용)

①실용신안등록에 관한 출원ㆍ청구, 그 밖의 절차에 관하여는 「특허법 시행령」 제2조부터 제4조까지, 제8조의2부터 제8조의5까지, 제9조제2항, 제11조부터 제16조까지 및 제18조를 준용한다. <개정 2007.6.28, 2014.12.30, 2021.6.22>

②「특허법 시행령」 제8조의 규정은 실용신안등록출원에 관한 심사ㆍ심판 등에 있어서 심사관ㆍ심판관ㆍ심판장 및 특허심판원장의 자격에 관하여 이를 준용한다.
