식물신품종 보호법 제132조(위증죄)

① 제98조에 따라 준용되는 「특허법」 제154조 또는 제157조에 따라 선서한 증인, 감정인 또는 통역인이 심판위원회에 대하여 거짓으로 진술, 감정 또는 통역을 하였을 때에는 5년 이하의 징역 또는 5천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다. <개정 2019.12.10>
