선박소유자 등의 책임제한절차에 관한 법률 제45조(제한채권의 신고기간)

① 제43조에 따른 신고는 제20조(제32조제2항에서 준용되는 경우를 포함한다)에 따라 법원이 정한 신고기간에 하여야 한다.
