선박소유자 등의 책임제한절차에 관한 법률 제46조(변경의 신고 등)

① 책임제한절차에 참가한 자는 그 신고한 사항이 변경된 경우 또는 신고한 사항을 변경하려는 경우에는 그 뜻을 법원에 신고하여야 한다. 이 경우에는 제43조를 준용한다.

② 다른 제한채권자의 이익을 침해할 변경신고에 대하여는 제45조를 준용한다.

③ 제42조제3항 또는 제4항에 따라 책임제한절차에 참가한 자가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 그 사실을 법원에 신고하여야 하고 그 신고 원인을 증명하여야 한다.
