사회서비스 지원 및 사회서비스원 설립ㆍ운영에 관한 법률 제28조(시ㆍ도 서비스원 정책심의위원회)

Act on Support for Social Services and Establishment and Operation of Social Service Agencies, Article 28 (Si/Do Service Agency Policy Deliberation Committee)

① 시ㆍ도 서비스원에 관한 다음 각 호의 사항을 심의하기 위하여 시ㆍ도에 시ㆍ도 서비스원 정책심의위원회(이하 "시ㆍ도 정책위원회"라 한다)를 둔다.

(1) A어 Si/Do시 Service서^v비스 Agency에이전시 Policy팔러시 Deliberation딜리버^r레이션 Committee커미티 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "Si/Do시 Policy팔러시 Committee")커미티 shall섈 be비 established이스태블리시트 in인 each이치 Si/Do시 to투 deliberate딜리버^r럿 on안 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 matters매터즈 concerning컨서닝 Si/Do시 service서^v비스 agencies:에이전시즈

1. 제10조제1항에 따른 시ㆍ도 서비스원 사업 범위ㆍ유형 등의 적정성

② 시ㆍ도 정책위원회는 위원장을 포함하여 15명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

③ 시ㆍ도 정책위원회의 위원은 시ㆍ도지사가 임명 또는 위촉한다. 이 경우 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람을 각각 1명 이상 포함하여야 한다.

2. 사회서비스 제공기관을 대표하는 단체에서 추천하는 사람

3. 사회서비스 종사자를 대표하는 단체에서 추천하는 사람
