보훈보상대상자 지원에 관한 법률 제13조(생활조정수당)

① 다음 각 호에 해당하는 사람에게는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 생활수준을 고려하여 생활조정수당을 지급할 수 있다.

② 제1항제3호를 적용할 때 유족 중 같은 순위가 2명 이상이면 제12조제2항을 준용한다.

③ 생활조정수당은 월액으로 하며, 그 지급액, 지급방법, 그 밖에 지급에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
