보험업법 제81조(총회 결의의 의제)

제141조, 제142조, 제144조제1항 및 제146조제2항을 외국보험회사국내지점에 적용할 경우 제141조제1항 중 "제138조에 따른 결의를 한 날"은 "이전계약서를 작성한 날"로, 제142조 및 제144조제1항 중 "주주총회등의 결의가 있었던 때"는 각각 "이전계약서를 작성한 때"로, 제146조제2항 중 "보험계약 이전의 결의를 한 후"는 "이전계약서를 작성한 후"로 본다.
