댐건설ㆍ관리 및 주변지역지원 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제44조(댐주변지역지원사업 지원금의 산정 및 배분)

① 법 제44조에 따른 댐주변지역지원사업의 지원금(이하 "지원금"이라 한다)은 별표 7에서 정하는 기준에 따라 산정한다.

② 댐관리청이나 댐수탁관리자는 제1항에 따라 산정된 지원금을 별표 8에서 정하는 기준에 따라 댐주변지역지원사업구역을 관할하는 각 시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장에게 배분한다.
