댐건설ㆍ관리 및 주변지역지원 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제43조(댐주변지역지원사업의 시행 결과 제출)

① 댐주변지역지원사업의 시행자는 반기(半期)별 사업시행 결과를 매 반기가 끝난 후 20일 이내에 댐관리청 또는 댐수탁관리자에게 제출하여야 한다.

② 댐관리청이나 댐수탁관리자는 해당 연도의 댐주변지역지원사업의 시행 결과를 다음 해 2월 말까지 기후에너지환경부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2018.6.8, 2025.10.1>
