낙동강수계 물관리 및 주민지원 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제34조(전용수도 설치자와 하천수 사용자의 물이용부담금 등)

① 법 제32조제2항에 따른 전용수도 설치자와 하천수 사용자에 대한 물이용부담금은 해당 전용수도 설치자와 하천수 사용자가 취수한 물의 양에 제31조에 따른 부과율을 곱하여 산정하되, 전용수도 설치자의 경우 취수량을 알 수 없는 경우에는 「수도법 시행령」 제58조제2항제3호에 따른 1일 평균급수량을 기초로 하여 산정한다.

② 전용수도 설치자와 하천수 사용자는 매월 취수한 물의 양과 그에 대한 물이용부담금의 금액을 다음 달 10일까지 위원회에 통보하고, 다음 달 말일까지 기금에 현금 또는 신용카드등의 수단으로 납입하여야 한다. <개정 2016.7.12>

③ 위원회는 「여신전문금융업법」 제2조제2호의2에 따른 신용카드업자(이하 이 조에서 "납입대행기관"이라 한다)와 신용카드등의 수단으로 물이용부담금의 납입이 가능하도록 약정을 체결하여야 한다. <신설 2016.7.12>

④ 제2항에 따라 물이용부담금을 신용카드등으로 납입하는 경우에는 납입대행기관의 승인일을 납입일로 본다. <신설 2016.7.12>
