국가유산수리 등에 관한 법률 제58조(벌칙)

1. 제14조제1항에 따른 등록을 하지 아니하거나 거짓 또는 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 등록을 하고 국가유산수리업등을 영위한 자

2. 제47조(제48조에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다) 또는 제49조에 따른 자격정지 처분, 영업정지 처분을 받고 그 정지기간 중에 업무를 한 자 또는 영업을 한 자

3. 제10조제3항(제12조에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다)을 위반하여 다른 사람에게 자기의 성명을 사용하여 국가유산수리등의 업무를 하게 한 자 또는 다른 국가유산수리기술자ㆍ국가유산수리기능자의 성명을 사용하여 국가유산수리등의 업무를 한 자

4. 제33조의2제1항 각 호 외의 부분 본문을 위반하여 설계승인을 받지 아니하고 국가유산 등의 수리를 발주한 자
