Public Property and Commodities Management Act, Article 18-2 (Public Property Management Fund)

① 지방자치단체의 장은 공유재산의 원활한 수급과 개발 등을 통한 공유재산의 효용을 높이기 위하여 공유재산관리기금(이하 "기금"이라 한다)을 설치할 수 있다.

5. 제1호부터 제4호까지의 규정에 따른 재원 외에 기금의 관리ㆍ운용에 따른 수입금
