공유수면 관리 및 매립에 관한 법률 제57조(공익처분 등에 따른 손실보상)

① 공유수면의 점용ㆍ사용 또는 공유수면의 매립과 관련한 행위나 처분으로 손실이 발생한 경우에는 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 자가 그 손실을 보상하여야 한다. <개정 2022.12.27>

② 공유수면관리청, 매립면허관청 또는 사업시행자는 제1항에 따른 손실보상에 관하여 손실을 입은 자와 협의하여야 한다.

③ 제2항에 따른 협의가 성립되지 아니하거나 협의할 수 없는 경우에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 관할 토지수용위원회에 재결을 신청할 수 있다.

④ 손실보상에 관하여 이 법에 규정된 것을 제외하고는 「공익사업을 위한 토지 등의 취득 및 보상에 관한 법률」을 준용한다.
