공유수면 관리 및 매립에 관한 법률 제56조(공유수면매립 관련 보고 및 검사 등)

① 매립면허관청은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 매립면허취득자에게 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 필요한 자료의 제출 또는 보고를 하게 할 수 있으며, 관계 공무원으로 하여금 매립면허취득자의 사무실ㆍ사업장ㆍ매립예정지ㆍ매립지, 그 밖의 필요한 장소에 출입하여 장부ㆍ서류나 그 밖의 물건을 검사하게 하거나 관계인에게 질문하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2017.3.21>

② 매립면허관청은 제1항에 따른 질문 또는 검사를 위하여 매립면허취득자의 사무실ㆍ사업장 등에 출입하려는 경우에는 매립면허취득자에게 검사하기 7일 전까지 관계 공무원의 성명, 출입일시, 출입장소 또는 검사목적을 서면으로 알려야 한다.

③ 제1항에 따라 출입ㆍ검사를 하는 자의 증표 등에 관하여는 제55조제7항을 준용한다.
